Thank you for choosing Roamix International for your travel experiences. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions related to booking your trek/trip. By confirming your booking with us, you agree to abide by the guidelines outlined below:
A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total trip cost is required at the time of booking. This initial deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of the reason for cancellation or change in plans. The deposit is used to secure your booking and cover initial trip preparations. The remaining balance of the total trip cost must be paid within the specified timeframe provided by Roamix.
For trips that involve transportation from external associations, vehicle organizations, or tourism boards, please take note of the following:
It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that payments are made on time to avoid any disruptions to the trip.
The remaining balance must be cleared on Day 1 of the trip, upon reaching the destination.
As per Roamix International’s policy, the total payment for the proposed travel package must be paid in full (100%) on Day 1, marking the commencement of the trip. This payment must be cleared before the trip begins.
If an installment-based payment plan has been mutually agreed upon between the client and the company, Roamix International will provide the specific payment schedule, amounts, payment modes, and designated accounts. The company reserves the right to determine these terms on a case-by-case basis.
Note: All payments must be made via online methods only (bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or other digital payment methods) into the company’s designated account. Cash or offline transactions will not be accepted.
If the client fails to meet the agreed-upon payment deadline for any reason, an additional penalty charge of 5% of the total invoice amount will be levied. This penalty will apply immediately upon default, and further delays may affect the commencement or continuation of the trip.
