Roamix International strives to ensure transparency and fairness in the event of cancellations and refund requests. Please carefully review the following detailed refund process and terms:
Refund requests will only be considered under circumstances where a cancellation is applicable as per the company's Cancellation Policy. No refund will be issued for bookings that proceed as planned or where services have already been provided.
Upon cancellation, refunds will be processed within 30 calendar days from the official cancellation date. The cancellation date will be determined as the date on which the client formally notifies Roamix International of the cancellation, and all required documentation or formalities are completed.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was employed during the booking or payment process. If the payment was made via credit card, debit card, or online bank transfer, the refund will be credited back to the same account from which the payment was originally made.
Any transaction fees, processing fees, or administrative charges incurred during the refund process will be the responsibility of the client. These fees may include, but are not limited to, charges from payment gateways, banks, or other third-party services. These fees will be deducted from the refund amount, and the client acknowledges this deduction upon submitting a cancellation request.

In cases of disputes or discrepancies related to the refund amount, Roamix International will make every effort to resolve the matter. However, the company reserves the right to determine the final amount to be refunded based on the payment terms and cancellation policy agreed upon during booking.
Refunds will be processed after a thorough review, which may take additional time based on the nature of the booking and the third-party vendors involved. Roamix International is not liable for delays caused by external payment processors, banks, or any third-party services involved in the refund process.
Roamix International reserves the right to make adjustments to the refund amount, process, or eligibility based on specific circumstances, such as force majeure events, changes in travel restrictions, or vendor policies. In such cases, the company will notify the client of any changes to the refund process or eligibility as soon as the information is available.
By making a booking with Roamix International, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this refund policy. The client further agrees that the decision of Roamix International regarding the refund, including deductions for fees and charges, is final and binding.
